What we collect

When you use this site, we collect: messages you send to our chat or voice agent, answers you provide on our assessments, contact details you give us (name, email, phone, company), and basic traffic data (page views, session ID, browser type, referrer).

How we use it

To respond to your questions, generate your assessment results, send you a copy of those results when you ask, follow up about the demo you requested, and improve the quality of our agents over time.

Third parties

We use OpenAI to power some chat and voice responses. Messages you send may be processed by their API under enterprise terms. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your rights

You can request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing hello@maxgrowthai.com or by visiting /api/me/delete with your session ID.
